If you're able, we recommend booking your accommodations directly four to six months prior. Should your plans change, you're welcome to modify your reservation without penalty for most accommodations (except The Artist House when booking direct). Be sure to read the cancellation policies before pre-booking.

We'll be holding a room block at the Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi and Hotel Lānaʻi, available at a friends & family rate starting four months before the wedding. Rooms will be offered first to immediate family, then to guests who need them most (those traveling the farthest, those essential to the wedding, etc.).

• Hotel Lānaʻi will open their rooms available for booking on 1/1/27.

• Currently the Four Seasonʻs Resort Lānaʻi friends & family rate is approx. $450/night. Limited rooms available.

• Currently the Hotel Lānaʻi friends & family rate is approx. $250/night. Limited rooms available. This Hotel only has a total of 11 guest rooms, so if you are thinking you would like to stay here, book ASAP.

• Currently the Four Seasonʻs Resort Lānaʻi kamaʻāina rate is approx. $999/night + fees plus currently includes round trip airfare on Lānaʻi Air (up to 2 adults + 1 child (and 1 lap child) per room) at a value of $338 per roundtrip ticket. If you have more than two people staying in your room, it may make be more economical sense to book at the kamaʻāina rate of $999/night including airfare from HNL (vs. $450/night F&F with no airfare). Local residents note that kamaʻāina deals are frequently unadvertised or released selectively. You must call the resort directly at +1 (800) 321-4666 or +1 (808) 565-2000 to check current availability and unlisted local promotions.

• Bride and groom will be staying at Hotel Lānaʻi 7/14-16 then Four Seasonʻs Resort Lānaʻi from 7/16-18/19.

FLIGHTS:

From U.S MAINLAND, book flights to HONOLULU, HI (HNL). If you can arrive to HNL by 4:00 P.M HST (Hawaiʻi Standard Time) you can travel to LĀNAʻI (LNY) the same-day via Mokulele Airlines or Lānaʻi Air (more info below). You will need to book tickets separately on Mokulele Airlines and Lānaʻi Air from your mainland (or neighbor island) flights.

Layovers: If you arrive to HNL after 4:00 P.M. (or want to break up your trip) you can stay in Honolulu before traveling to Lānaʻi. We recommend the following hotels in Waikīkī (a neighborhood of Honolulu) which is about 15-20 min drive from HNL airport:

From HONOLULU to LĀNAʻI you can choose from two airlines: 1) Mokulele Airlines 1-round-trip ticket usually runs about $180 round trip. 2) Lānaʻi Air runs $338 per 1-round-trip for luxury, quality planes, much smoother rides and on-time more often than Mokulele.
